Observant readers may have noticed the addition of a new tab up there at the top of tsukata.org, titled ThirtyCon. It’s password protected (with a separate password from the usual one), and it’s the schedule of events for my next birthday party. Since it’s my Logan’s Run birthday, I’m making it a big celebration lasting the whole weekend, with gaming, a poker tourney, dancing, and lots of food, including a “formal dinner” at a Japanese steakhouse. (Mmm…) So, if you are someone who a) knows me, b) is in my geographic area (or will be around that time), and c) wants an invite and didn’t get one, post a comment or send me an e-mail, and I’ll get you on the mailing list for info.
Chances are that I didn’t invite you because I don’t have a current e-mail or because I didn’t think you’d want to be there, not because I don’t like you…although in the case that I don’t like you, I will just tell you and be done with it.
Birthday (eventually)

Man…my Logan’s Run birthday was so long ago. I’m a lot older than you!
You know, in the book, you killed yourself on your 21st birthday. They changed it to 30 for the movie. I’m a dork.
