For anyone who is interested, my photos from Panama are up in the Gallery of the Org*.
There are also two mini-videos. The first is of a huge ship that was passing through the Atlantic-to-Pacific channel of the canal, and it was so big that I thought it was actually a building and not a ship in a second canal lane. That one has funny audio, but it’s not much of a video. 🙂 Here’s a link to it directly. The second one is of a ship being pulled through the Miraflores Locks in the Pacific-to-Atlantic direction. You don’t really need to hear the audio for that one. Here’s a link to the second vid directly.
I haven’t captioned the photos, and I probably won’t bother captioning them, but the first things you’ll see are a shot of an old fort outside of Panama City and of a car’s eye view of the Americas Bridge. Then, you’ll see lots of resort shots, some shots of the Miraflores Locks, and more resort shots. The last ones are of the resort beach at sunrise.
