The dryer has an alarm on it that goes off when the dryer quits.
The washer doesn’t.
Isn’t it much more important to get the clothes out of the washer fast than out of the dryer fast? If they don’t come out of the dryer, they get wrinkles…or rather, they get more wrinkles. If they don’t come out of the washer, they either sour or turn into lumps. So, that having been said, why does the dryer get an alarm but the washer doesn’t? I’ve never seen a washer with an alarm, but I see dryers with alarms all the time.
